The main objective of our institute is to share the essential practical & technical knowledge amongst the civil engineers. After experiencing the stress and lack of confidence with which engineers are working at site it is quite evident that the existing institutional syllabus lacks practical knowledge and practices which prevails at site. Our aim is to motivate fresh civil engineers and to help them to get equipped with appropriate competencies, who fit in construction companies and have smooth transition.
CSM Trainers & Consultants is established by Mr. Kaustubh Ahir, through the working tenure, we observed that it is highly required to have a course or a training programme which will deliver the practical knowledge in a systematic manner which covers all topics related to building construction so that it will help civil engineers to develop skills for working efficiently and to build their professional career.
Founder's Message
“The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have” this mantra has been my mantra for life.
At the beginning of my career, I worked under a lot of stress and use to feel that I have been thrown in a highly practical world from a highly theoretical world. Many things which could have been taught in the academics for the smooth transition were not a part of the syllabus. After completing Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and Post Graduation in Advance construction management from NICMAR institute, having rich experience with corporate clients such as Reliance, ICONICA Constructions, NEST Infratech, Jai Hind Constructions, etc.
I realised that it took me years to understand what can be covered in a few lectures under the training of a experienced trainer having field experience, so I decided to start a training institute for training fresh civil engineers so that they meet the skill sets which construction industry demands.
